Each license is valid for use on one domain. For more details read the End User License Agreement.
We provide complimentary support for 30 days for each purchased product. Our support team will assist with plugin installation, general questions and technical errors. We do not provide bug-fix support for our plugins if they are modified, or if your modifications in other parts of your site cause these errors. Once 30 days expires, you need to purchase our Paid Support or subscribe to one of our plans.
We don't provide support if you're using an illegal (nulled) version of SocialEngine, or if you didn't provide the SocialEngine Admin panel (Superadmin) and FTP login details.
We provide customization services for SocialEngine. The hourly rate is $20 per hour, or you can request a fixed price quote via our contact page. The customer pays for customization in advance.
